Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Provider Relations Advocate to
support provider networks and enhance relationships within the
health care system.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end provider claims and improve call quality
Contribute to the design and implementation of programs to foster
positive relationships with providers
Identify gaps in network composition to support network contracting
and development teams
Required Qualifications
High School diploma
2+ years of health care and/or insurance experience
2+ years of Provider Relations/Network experience
Medicare/Medicaid experience (preferred)
Educational training experience with providers (preferred)
